Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue optimization
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgetary reports
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and capital allocation
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Prepare board-level presentations with clear visualizations of financial performance
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to interpret large datasets
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
