Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Implement new payroll policies and process improvements
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and employee onboarding
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Support system upgrades to SAP SuccessFactors Payroll
- Prepare executive payroll reports and analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)
- ADP Workforce Now or SAP SuccessFactors certification
- Deep knowledge of federal/state labor laws (FLSA, CA labor codes)
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven experience with payroll audits and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
