Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare detailed variance reports and executive dashboards highlighting KPI performance
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A activities and market expansion
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL with financial modeling expertise
- Demonstrated experience with GAAP reporting and variance analysis methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial findings to executive stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial planning software
