Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to develop actionable insights for C-suite executives and board members
- Create and maintain complex financial models, forecasting revenue streams and operational costs
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and planning processes across 15+ departments
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through variance analysis and KPI monitoring
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations for quarterly board meetings
- Drive process improvements using advanced Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining 95%+ accuracy in deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in healthcare or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL and Tableau skills for data visualization and reporting
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and budgeting software
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to non-financial stakeholders
