Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for weekend operations
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Generate monthly financial reports and assist with tax preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Communicate financial insights to clients during weekend hours
- Support month-end closing procedures as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with Excel formulas and financial modeling
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of GAAP and Ohio tax regulations
