Responsibilities
- Build complex financial models and valuation analyses for M&A and investment opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation strategies
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for $500M+ portfolios
- Develop automated financial dashboards using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Monitor regulatory compliance and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial modeling experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP standards
