Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Develop actionable insights through Excel-based dashboards and Power BI visualizations
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis for healthcare sector clients
- Present financial findings to executive leadership through compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in healthcare or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Power BI
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from Oracle databases
- Certification in financial modeling (FMVA) or healthcare finance (HFMA) a plus
- Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
