Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new business initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable business intelligence.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and maintain oversight of ongoing budget performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
