Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to support strategic planning
- Develop detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive-level reports highlighting KPIs, variances, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvement opportunities
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems and automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VBA, Power Query)
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- CPA, CFA, or MBA designation highly valued
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for executive audiences
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
