Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive budgets and financial reports for executive leadership review
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain financial controls ensuring compliance with SOX regulations
- Create executive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau
- Mentor junior analysts and lead financial improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) and SQL
- Experience with financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and metrics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
- Remote work experience required
