Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market data, and investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses for energy sector clients
- Prepare executive presentations and dashboards communicating complex financial insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on due diligence, risk assessment, and transaction structuring
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial performance
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure compliance with SEC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in energy or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
