Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets
- Prepare detailed variance reports explaining deviations from projections
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Create executive dashboards and KPI monitoring systems
- Lead ad-hoc financial modeling projects for strategic initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) required
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional financial modeling
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
