Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed commentary
- Analyze operational performance metrics and identify key financial trends
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets for multiple departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business initiatives
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including cost optimization and profitability analysis
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
