Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide strategic decisions
- Develop comprehensive budgets and financial plans for business units and departments
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-ready financial reports and presentations for C-suite leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and reporting tools
