Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for client portfolios
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare comprehensive executive presentations with clear data visualization and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A initiatives and strategic planning
- Mentor junior analysts to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
