Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex Excel-based forecasting tools and dashboards
- Analyze operational performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence and market expansion analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis from financial systems
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in financial modeling or data analysis (e.g., FMVA) a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
