Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for M&A transactions and capital allocation strategies
- Perform variance analysis and forecasting for 15+ client portfolios with $500M+ AUM
- Lead quarterly business reviews presenting financial insights to executive stakeholders
- Create automated reporting dashboards using Power BI/Tableau to monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence for new acquisitions
- Drive process optimization in financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial planning & analysis experience in tech/healthcare sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and Power BI visualization
- Demonstrated experience with SEC reporting and GAAP compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
