What You Will Do
In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial data and business strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to leadership to ensure the organization's profitability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted figures.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and manage costs.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) requests.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
