Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for investment analysis and valuation
- Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance reports
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Collaborate with portfolio companies on financial forecasting and operational improvements
- Create executive presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment/tech sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
