Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasting reports for executive leadership
- Prepare detailed variance analyses and budget-to-actual performance evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Present complex financial insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or finance industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting methodologies
- Strong SQL and/or Power BI skills for data extraction and visualization
- Excellent analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
