- Develop comprehensive financial models and variance analyses
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting reports
- Lead budgeting processes across multiple departments
- Analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
