Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive summaries
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Present financial findings to senior leadership using visualization tools like Tableau
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to executive audiences
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly desirable
