Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Lead cross-functional projects on budget optimization and cost reduction
- Develop and maintain financial databases using SQL and advanced Excel
- Collaborate with executive team on M&A due diligence and valuation
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- CFA or similar certification highly desirable
