Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and capital budgeting.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with department heads to create accurate revenue forecasts and resource allocation strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial statements and internal audit schedules.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a strong plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
