Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation purposes
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing procedures
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of Sacramento's commercial real estate market
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of presenting complex financial concepts
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems
