- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across business units
- Prepare detailed variance reports and executive-level presentations for leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor annual budgets
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Leverage advanced Excel and ERP systems to automate reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau)
