Responsibilities
- Build complex financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A) for investment decisions
- Analyze market trends and industry dynamics to inform portfolio strategy
- Prepare quarterly performance reports for stakeholders and investment committees
- Lead due diligence processes for new investment opportunities
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to optimize financial operations
- Present findings to senior leadership via PowerPoint decks and executive summaries
Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in investment banking/PE/HF
- CPA or CFA charter preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Demonstrated success in valuation modeling and scenario analysis
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations
