Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for investment valuation and risk assessment
- Lead quarterly financial forecasting and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Prepare executive-level presentations and market trend reports for investor meetings
- Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential acquisition targets
- Optimize capital allocation strategies using scenario analysis
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CFA preferred
- 5+ years of investment banking or asset management experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel modeling and Bloomberg Terminal
- Proven track record in M&A analysis and valuation
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
- Experience with Power BI and financial software implementation
