Responsibilities

- Lead ad-hoc financial projects supporting mergers, acquisitions, or expansions
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Present complex financial findings to C-suite executives and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and forecasting methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification (CPA, CMA) or active pursuit strongly preferred
