Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for strategic planning
- Prepare executive-ready reports and dashboards for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve budgeting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing procedures
- Maintain compliance with SOX and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
