Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and trends to create monthly/quarterly reporting dashboards
- Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Automate financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and Power BI
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting business growth objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Power BI
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
