Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and market trends to support investment strategies
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasting reports
- Prepare executive presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning
- Conduct variance analysis and risk assessment projects
- Maintain compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in San Diego market
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and Power BI
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare or tech sectors
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
