Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance data and create comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models and forecasts supporting strategic business decisions
- Conduct variance analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and planning processes
- Prepare board-level presentations with clear financial insights and recommendations
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting financial strategies
- Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity across systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities for translating complex data
- Experience in tech or healthcare finance highly desirable
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
