Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop actionable insights through advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI analytics
- Create executive-ready presentations translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize budget allocation and ROI metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and SQL
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- Experience in financial services or fintech preferred
- CFA or CPA certification a strong plus
