Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for business units
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and variance analysis
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and support financial system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive stakeholders
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly valued
