Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions for revenue and cost optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for operational decisions
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including market analysis and investment evaluations
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years progressive financial analysis experience in mid-sized organizations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial statement analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies
