Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and merchant services
- Build and maintain high-net-worth client portfolios through personalized financial guidance
- Lead branch operations during peak hours and mentor junior tellers
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products
- Implement advanced fraud detection protocols and security procedures
- Coordinate with commercial banking partners for business client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail banking experience with proven sales record
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, AML)
- Proficiency in Fiserv or core banking systems
- Spanish fluency required (primary language for 70%+ client base)
- Series 6/63 securities license preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
