Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and valuation for M&A transactions and capital raises
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform strategic financial planning
- Develop executive-level presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with investment teams on portfolio performance optimization
- Manage quarterly budgeting processes and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolios
- Conduct due diligence assessments for potential acquisition targets
- Mentor junior analysts and drive best practices in financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling software
- Proven track record of presenting to executive leadership and boards
- Deep understanding of SEC reporting requirements and GAAP standards
- Experience with financial data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Series 7/63 or FINRA licenses highly desirable
