Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual results with actionable insights
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial processes and cost structures
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing activities ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Support M&A activities through financial due diligence and integration planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- CMA/CPA designation or actively pursuing certification
