Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive summaries
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple departments
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Collaborate with IT to enhance financial reporting systems and automation
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or finance sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and ratio analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred
