Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to inform investment decisions
- Build complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and quarterly board presentations
- Lead cross-functional projects with portfolio companies on operational efficiency
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and divestitures
- Maintain regulatory compliance documentation for SEC filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial modeling experience in investment banking or PE/VC
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
