Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports for C-suite executives
- Develop financial models to support capital allocation decisions for $500M+ portfolio
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare quarterly forecasts with 95% accuracy
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting processes for 15+ business units
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement robust internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and renewable energy tax incentives
- Proven ability to present complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience with capital budgeting and NPV/IRR analysis
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or similar) required
