Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and trends across business units
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Create executive-ready dashboards and variance reports for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and strategic initiatives
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improvement areas
- Present findings to C-suite executives with clear data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in tech/finance sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication abilities
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
