Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and strategic decision support
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems using advanced Excel and BI tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to executive leadership
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or advanced degree highly desirable
