Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Develop comprehensive financial models for investment opportunities and operational efficiency improvements
- Prepare detailed executive reports and presentations for senior leadership and board members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities with strict attention to deadlines
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy development
- Maintain and enhance financial systems to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal)
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, forecasting, and financial statement interpretation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with SOX compliance and financial regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and driving cost optimization
