Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets supporting strategic initiatives
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders and investors
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct due diligence and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions and partnerships
- Maintain and enhance financial databases and reporting systems
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and valuation methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating to executive audiences
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or relevant advanced degree highly desirable
