Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and KPI dashboards for executive review
- Coordinate quarterly tax documentation and audit preparations
- Optimize accounts payable/receivable workflows for efficiency
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Train junior bookkeepers on best practices and software tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Expertise in multi-client portfolio management
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Proficiency in payroll processing and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills for variance reporting
