Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for 15+ client portfolios
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Prepare executive-level presentations for quarterly board reviews
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and cost management
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A opportunities and market expansion
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
