Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for 15+ business units
- Develop and maintain financial models supporting M&A activities and capital allocation
- Present executive-level financial insights to C-suite leadership bi-weekly
- Streamline financial reporting processes using Power BI and advanced Excel functions
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions for budget deviations
- Mentor 3 junior analysts on financial best practices and analytical techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating to executives
- Proven track record of process improvement in financial operations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
