Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance data and prepare actionable reports for executive leadership
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for 15+ portfolio companies
- Model financial scenarios for M&A opportunities and investment evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Maintain financial databases and automate reporting workflows
- Present findings to CFO and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP and Oracle Financials implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
